2021 Milestone: Staff Comes to HQ

The temporary office getting lowered into place.

One of the most significant moments in 2021 was the delivery of our 2,432-square-foot temporary headquarters building to our Tennessee property in May of that year. By September, staff had officially moved in.

This building marked a turning point. For the first time, our growing team had a centralized workspace on campus. What once operated from road trips, kitchen tables, and borrowed spaces now had walls, desks, and daily collaboration under one roof. It provided comfortable bathroom facilities for our staff, a place to make their meals, a large space for meetings, and several offices for senior staff.

The temporary office wasn’t just a building. It was proof of progress and an investment in infrastructure that strengthened our ability to serve more retired K-9 Heroes with the continuity and care they deserve.
