Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return*, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery or arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending* your item back. If you shipped your item to the wrong address, we will do everything we can to correct it, but sometimes this is not possible. In the event that your item is lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for shipping charges or lost item fees.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refunds you receive. Depending on where you live, the time it might take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to USPS restrictions, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Any orders shipped to PO Boxes may be lost, canceled, or delayed. Customer will be responsible for the cost of lost items and/or shipping charges.
