PK9H Store Return Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy. If 31 calendar days or more have passed since your item was purchased, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund. Sales of holiday and seasonal items are final. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds due will be processed after the returned item is received by our staff. 

Exchanges  

We offer no-cost exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged before delivery.  If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at donorsupport@projectk9hero.org before returning the item. You will be responsible for shipping charges for items exchanged due to incorrect size.

Shipping Costs 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it might take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. While we strive to correct shipping address errors, we cannot guarantee it in every case. If your item is lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for any associated shipping charges or lost item fees. 

If you are return-shipping an item worth over $75, please consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
