Shipping policy

Shipping costs for our online store are dependent on the weight and shipping zone of each order. Most orders will be shipped via DHL, with orders over 4 lbs shipping via FedEx. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. Currently, we can only ship to addresses in the United States and APO locations. Some products may not be available for APO shipping.

Orders placed prior to 12 pm on a business day will typically ship that day, with some exceptions for busy seasons. All other orders will ship the next business day. 

If you input an incorrect shipping address, we will make every effort to help you change it, but it may incur additional fees and may not be possible to change.
