We've Reached Platinum Transparency Again!

We are excited to announce that, for the eighth year in a row, Project K-9 Hero has been awarded a Platinum Seal of Transparency for 2024!

For what we do for our nation’s retired Police K-9s and Military Working Dogs, this places our nonprofit near the top globally, specifically in regards to the amount of funding raised, paired with our 90% Program Services, and just 5% in Administration Costs.

Candid/GuideStar is the world’s largest source Seal of Transparency of information on charity organizations. This rating puts Project K-9 Hero in the top 99.25% of charities nationally in terms of transparency out of 1.7 million nonprofits registered with the IRS.

We are very proud of our 90% program services percentage.

This all means that your donations are being used with care and you can trust they are going to their intended recipients, our nation's retired K-9 Heroes.
