NEWS ALERT: We Made the Top 9 List of Charities That Support Police Officers!

Deputy Sheriff Sergeant Mike DeLuca and K-9 Ryka were recently paired together by our organization. Ryka needed an immediate home; Mike wanted to help her. They are now Program Members for life and Mike won't have to pay a thing to give Ryka the wonderful retirement she deserves.

Project K-9 Hero has been chosen as one of the top nine charities supporting Police Officers.

We are honored to stand alongside esteemed organizations like the Gary Sinise Foundation and the Steven Siller Tunnels to Towers Foundation. This recognition reaffirms the effectiveness of our mission in assisting Police K-9s and their handlers, making a tangible impact in the lives of these courageous first responders.

Per Impactful Ninja: The charities on this list were chosen based on their mission, impact and transparency ratings, and achievements.

For three years in a row, we have averaged 88% Program Services, 6% Fundraising costs, and just 6% administrative costs. We are extremely proud of our numbers, particularly when compared to other nonprofits our size worldwide!
