Please Welcome K-9 Elise #342

Please welcome K-9 “Elise” to our Project K-9 Hero Pack as our 342nd Program Member! Elise served as an Explosives Detection Federal Police K-9 within the Department of Defense Intelligence Community. K-9 Elise has suffered from Lumbosacral Spinal Canal Stenosis since December 2021, and she continued to work through this ailment until her retirement in January of 2025.
K-9 Elise has faithfully served the Department of Defense mission since 2020. For the last five years, she has provided critical Explosives Detection K-9 expertise in support of National Security. In her career, Elise has searched over 50,000 vehicles, as well as having over 600 Deployments for suspicious vehicles & packages. Elise has completed multiple details for VIP support, to include working at top secret facilities in Texas and Georgia, away from her home base in the Greater Washington D.C. area.
Prior to becoming a Police K-9, she provided two litters of puppies with Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, who all went on to become working dogs as well.
Elise has been on medication for years to help with her pain management, and very well may need a spinal fusion surgery. All of these costs now become the responsibility of her Handler, who is an actively-serving Federal Police Officer.
Due to her very special medical needs, and the hundreds of dollars a month those are placing on her Handler and family, we are placing K-9 Elise into our program so we can cover all future office visits, medications, and surgeries at 100%, for the rest of her life.
Welcome to the pack K-9 Elise, PK9H is here to protect you after all you have done to protect the national intelligence community and our country!
Our Medical Fund will help ensure that we always have a place to stay for Heroes like Elise. Please donate today to continue supporting our life-saving abilities.
