K-9 DJANGO
MORE ABOUT DJANGO
Career Stats: K-9 Django had approximately 80 arrests, 500 grams of narcotics, 10 surrenders, 3 apprehensions, and 1 gun off the street. Django was also the America’s Top Dog winner for episode 5 on A&E Network, and he won $10,000 for his K9 Unit! Since Django retired at the young age of six years old, he ended up getting torsion and bloat, but after one emergency surgery, he needed another
because he started to have some twisting in his intestines and had a stitch come loose inside causing issues. So another emergency surgery was needed. Since he’s retired, all of his costs go immediately to his handler. Luckily for them, Project K-9 Hero is now covering all these costs for the rest of Django’s retirement.
