K-9 RIP
MORE ABOUT RIP
Career Stats: Born in the Netherlands on June 2nd in 2010, K-9 Rip is a highly trained Belgian Malinois who deployed throughout the United States to conduct High-Risk Search and Arrest Warrants, Undercover Operations, and Manhunts of some of the most wanted and dangerous criminals in America. K-9 Rip annually certified in Obedience, Area Searches, Tracking, Building Searches, and Aggression Control to maintain a sharp skill set. Rip participated in over 300 SRT Tactical Operations nationally during his 10 ½ year assignment in the federal government.
A family and work situation didn’t allow Rip to retire at home with his handler, and we are honored to be called upon to provide the best possible care for him at our Project K-9 Hero Rehabilitation and Rehoming Facility for the remainder of his life! K-9 Rip served along side of our beloved K-9 Axel (Special Response Team One) for many years and will fill his paws as a National Ambassador for our organization in a similar manner. Rip will spend his days at our National Headquarters in Tennessee, at the office each day with K-9 Yoube, spreading awareness of our mission. Rip will also be our new spokesman for the 2022 “K-9 Hero Act” and for other speaking engagements to the public and Members of Congress.
