ADOPTED Instead of Euthanized: K-9 Ryka
Today, we graduated K-9 Ryka from our Project K-9 Hero Rehabilitation and Rehoming Facility in Tennessee. In less than just two months, since we saved her from euthanasia, we found the perfect fur-ever home for this Hero.
Mike is a Deputy Sheriff (Sergeant), who supervises a 10 team K-9 Unit in the State of New Jersey. Mike recently lost his retired partner, K-9 Leo, to cancer. We are certain that K-9 Ryka will help him fill the void he has in his life and his heart!
Hopefully, these amazing photos of today’s adoption event will show you just how special their instant connection was! Mike was hand selected out of over 1000 applicants for adoptions we have on file, and we couldn’t be more excited for the both of them.
